  • How do I place an order?
    Head on over to our Contact Page and send us an email, dont forget to include your name, email, event date, number of servings and design ideas/themes as well as the product you are wanting to order. This will help us to give you an accurate quote.
  • What adds up the cost of my order?
    When ordering from Little Reds Patisserie you are not just ordering flour and sugar, you are ordering custom designed masterpieces. We use the highest quality ingredients, which do not come cheaply, as well as putting countless of hours into just one order alone. Your order price reflects high quality ingredients, detail of work and experience from our Pastry Chef, overheads, added on decorations such as fondant, flowers, toppers and toys, time spent creating your order as well as ordering decorations, ingredients and spending time designing.
  • How is my order priced?
    Each cake is different, different serving amounts, different styles and designs. Because of this we do not have set prices on our designer cakes, to receive a quote on your desired cake you must fill out our enquiry form on our Contact page and we will be able to discuss your order needs and give you an accurate quote.
  • Do you make allergen-free products?
    We certainly do! We cater for gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and nut-free when requested. However we are not an allergen-free kitchen. We work with fresh yeast, fresh eggs and fresh milk as well as nuts occasionally. We do our best to prevent cross contamination, however our products are only allergen-free by ingredient and not certified allergen free.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We sure do! We can deliver Victoria wide for a fee (depending on distance) we also offer FREE delivery within Wallan, Kilmore and Beveridge.
  • Is there a minium order for cookies, macarons and cupcakes?"
    Yes. Our minimum order for cookies, macarons and cupcakes is 1 dozen (12) we can create any number of products you desire with a minimum of 12.
  • Deposits & Payment
    A deposit is always required to confirm and secure your booking. We accept deposits of 50%, however if this is not possible at the time, we accept booking deposits of $40 to book your selected date and you may pay off the remainder of your order leading upto your date. Final invoices are due 7 days before your event date, failure to pay your final invoice could result in your order being cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.
